The objectives of this Organization are to inspire the youth and adults of these communities to practice the ideals of sportsmanship, character, good citizenship, respect and scholarship, by bringing the area youth together through a common interest; to impart to the game the elements of safety, sanity, and intelligent supervision, to keep welfare of the youth first, foremost and entirely free from adult lust for glory.
